New building to provide storage facilities for Construction company, Highlands.

Proposals comprise a two storey building with 'drive-in' access at either end for loading work vehicles. The site is complex in its terrain, with a steep slope and lose ground cover, and, as such, a retaining wall is proposed to contain the immediate site.

The site is open and South facing and proposals include for large window openings to take advantage of this.
